I'm Brent, owner of Assured Signature. I handle purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage and seller signings across Williamson, Travis and Burnet counties, and I'm the one who shows up at every appointment.

What I handle

How a signing runs
Send the order
Email the order and documents to [email protected], or assign it to me on Snapdocs or SigningOrder.
Confirmed within 2 hours
I confirm with the borrower within 2 hours and send you the appointment time.
Printed and reviewed
I print the package on letter and legal, review it before I leave, and flag anything missing to your closer.
At the table
I verify ID, walk the borrower through each page without giving legal advice, and check every signature, initial and date before I leave.
Returned the same day
I text you when the signing is done, send scanbacks within 2 hours when requested, and drop the package with FedEx or UPS the same day with tracking.
Coverage and hours
Based in Leander. Regular coverage includes Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Lago Vista, Burnet, Bertram, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Dripping Springs and Taylor.
Signings 6 am to 8 pm Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 6 pm Friday, and 8 am to 5 pm Saturday. Sunday signings on request.
Fees
Loan signings are a flat fee that covers printing, travel inside the normal coverage area, and shipping drop-off.
